SALES CALL SCRIPT
Strategy calls are a fantastic way to get inside the head of your ideal buyer and whilst they do require
more effort on your behalf, they are typically high-converting.
STRATEGY CALL PROCESS
Send prospects to a calend.ly link where they can schedule 15 minutes with you to discuss whether the
program is right for them or not.
On the call you are determining the fit and answering objections – you are NOT coaching.
Here is a simple sales script to:
SET EXPECTATIONS
“We’re going to spend the next 20 minutes discovering where you’re at and seeing if
you’re the right fit for my program.”
WHY NOW
“But first I just wanted to know – why are you thinking you want to join now?”
This confirms why the buyer needs to sign up now.
WHAT’S THE #1 THING HOLDING YOU BACK?
“What do you think is the #1 thing that’s stopping you from achieving this now?”
Ask questions and really get your customer to elaborate on their pain points.
WHAT I’M HEARING IS...
Give a summary of the problem that you are hearing.
Build in authority, let them know that, “I get you.”
Add in trial closes – “Does that sound right?”
WHY ME?
“Why did you want to work with me personally?”
This affirms in the customer’s mind why they should work with you.
CAN I MAP OUT WHAT I THINK ARE YOUR NEXT STEPS?
Map out the next steps, showing them that your program is the solution that they are looking for.
Pull out benefits and outcomes and share social proof of how other customers have had the same
problem and it worked for them.
DOES THAT SOUND GOOD?
Add in a trial close.
NEXT STEPS
Let them know the next steps, e.g.,
“I’ll send you the sales page and get started on your road to transformation today!”
