Overcoming Fear

The majority of people experience nervousness before a presentation or when speaking in front of an audience, however being fearful on stage can reflect a lack of authority and trust to your audience. To overcome your fear, this module will reassure you about your experience, and help you develop rehearsal and body language techniques to make you feel more confident. You will also learn the actual symptoms of fear and how best to manage it through various techniques such as “making friends with fear”, “bringing on the fear”, “physical stimulation”, “breathing techniques” and more.
